The Sales Enablement Manager, EMEA will lead enablement strategy and operations for the go to market organisation in the EMEA region.

This person should be very familiar with all roles involved in the full sales cycle including go to market Partners and the enablement needs that exist for each. As well as supporting global initiatives, this individual will have responsibility for the successful creation, implementation and measurement of EMEA specific initiatives per quarter.

This person should be a self-starter who has experience in sales enablement and can easily earn the credibility of quota-carrying sales employees. This person should be interested in pushing the envelope on how to change the way new sales reps are educated and how they approach key sales activities.

The successful individual should be comfortable with a dynamic, fast paced environment and be capable of crafting their own path when required.

Responsibilities

  • Working with key stakeholders to assess regional needs

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Field and Marketing Enablement with regular communication and updates on EMEA Enablement activities

  • Cross functional collaboration, in particular with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Marketing, HR and L&D to ensure successful development of the GTM org

  • Successful roll out of global enablement initiatives in region in conjunction with the global Sales Enablement team

  • Developing, gaining alignment on and executing a quarterly strategy for major and minor enablement initiatives for the EMEA region and keeping the global team fully informed of EMEA pilot details for global leverage

  • Managing one direct report with a focus on the GTM Onboarding program

  • Management of the successful operation of ongoing programs such as Onboarding

  • Content design for EMEA specific projects

  • Facilitation of enablement programs to a multitude of audiences and tenures

  • Develop new and innovative ideas to solve complex business issues

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in Sales Enablement and / or Sales

  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across multiple regional and global functions and multiple levels from Manager to Senior VP

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple large scale projects in tandem

  • Proven experience with adult learning principles and course design techniques (1) design; (2) build; (3) run/manage the program; (4) measure and report on success metrics

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner tenures from individual contributor to vice president

  • Direct people management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring others

  • High energy, charismatic, and innovative

  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners

  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative

  • Solid oral and written communication skills

VIEW JOBS 12/1/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-01T00:00 * LIFION is hiring a Sales Enablement Leader. LIFION is ADP's Next-Gen HCM Platform that is being developed at ADP's Innovation Lab in New York City. You will be responsible for the refinement and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive sales through the field sales organization. You will be working closely with both the sales and service organizations to train, educate, and collaborate on the best way to identify early pilot clients that fit specific requirements, and then support and direct the field sales team to follow a sales process and close new deals. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in creating and refining the sales strategy for Lifion, including product messaging, sales playbook, and sales assets (content, collateral). * Work with field sales to create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. * Leverage ADP's CRM solution to ensure opportunities are updated, leads are managed correctly, provide reporting updates to show progress with senior sales leadership, and maintain timely data management. * Provide guidance and direction for learning materials and training content. * Evangelize LIFION by providing product training (to both sales and service) and overall ADP strategy with next-generation products. * Work with product and corporate marketing to create demand and generate net new activities. * Interact with senior leaders within ADP, and be willing and able to communicate and collaborate diplomatically and succinctly. * Travel to different geographic areas to participate in joint sales calls, and correctly represent the Lifion product organization in front of customers. * Provide robust feedback to LIFION product team, including competitive intelligence, client/prospect/sales input, etc. * Work with contract and legal teams to secure signed agreements. * Drive higher ASP and provide feedback on pricing and bundling strategies. * Perform other related duties as assigned. 40% travel required, including overnights Results will be measured by performance against target for areas of responsibility.
