As a Google Cloud Sales Enablement Hybrid Program Manager, you are an essential pillar of an agile team driving field productivity for Google Cloud. You'll develop and deliver sales training courses and productivity programs to our customer-facing sales teams across all segments and industries and multiple locations.
You will be a capable and credible sales trainer, comfortable in front of an experienced business audience, who can develop and deliver consistently superb and engaging experiences to both our internal sales teams and our strategic partners. You'll work towards continually improving the scale, depth, and quality of Google Cloud training and enablement programs. You'll build new content for sales skills and knowledge areas and communicate expectations to help ensure learner satisfaction with lessons.
You'll be adept at working with stakeholders, helping them to assess their team's enablement needs and support them with learning and enablement programs. You'll be skilled and experienced in planning, coordination, production and execution of assets and strategies to enable sales teams. In short, you'll be a content creator, skilled trainer and a program manager coordinating implementation and production teams. You'll also be at the heart of how we will empower, enable and develop talent and deliver scaled sales programs.

10 years of experience conducting sales training in the tech industry, building global sales enablement programs, and selling solutions to business customers.
2 years of experience with cloud services.
Experience creating, maintaining or delivering programs and content in evolving technologies.
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators and third party developers to deliver successful projects.
Ability to present complex information to partners and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner.
Experience providing training to sales teams and reps.
Expertise in one or more cloud technologies.
Strategic thinking skills and ability to develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.
Develop and implement programs to increase seller productivity.
Deliver engaging training experiences that can range from 1 hour to 1 week long. Use both instructor-led and virtual delivery modalities
Participate in training planning with regional enablement and sales leadership, partner managers, stakeholders and subject matter experts and work to tailor content for learners.
Identify and implement sales training tools that will increase the reach and retention of your training.
Work directly with other teams to support market strategies and product launches, roadmaps and acquisitions
