Provides strategic guidance to sales stakeholders, process owners, and IT for Sales Enablement initiatives, tools and enhancements that help the organization achieve its goals. Designs reporting to support sales leadership & larger sales strategy initiatives while looking for opportunities to improve data integrity/collection through process improvement and system design.

  • Works side-by-side with sales business process owners and key stakeholders to identify business process improvement opportunities, elicit business requirements, analyze and evaluate solutions options, and deliver business value through new system and process capabilities

  • Collaborates and provides direction on business process improvement and development to drive sales productivity through improved data quality

  • Partners with Sales Strategy, corporate partners, and senior leadership to analyze, communicate and validate requirements for change to existing business processes, policies and technology to alleviate business issues

  • Identifies impact of technical and process changes across multiple areas of the business and makes modifications to solutions in order to achieve optimal results

  • Provides direction to developers regarding requirements and testing results to ensure tools and solutions are fully functional and approved prior to release

  • Participates in analysis of outside vendors and sales tools, drives strategy and direction of new and existing tools


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities * Work closely with assigned Vertical to understand their current challenges in employee development. Work with leadership to design, plan and deliver enablement to support the Vertical sales teams drive results. * Support New Hire training program through coaching and delivery of sales skills (prospecting, communication, account planning, etc). * Provide coaching to sales reps to improve their overall skills and performance. * Work closely with marketing and other organizations to ensure messaging is relevant for sales and to ensure all material is 'field-ready'. * Work closely with Vertical leadership in coordinating, developing, and delivering relevant Vertical-specific material for Sales Kick-off, Midyear, and other sales meetings. * Work with SME in the area of products and help fine tune messaging to ensure it resonates with sales. * Ability to provide necessary follow-up training and enablement programs to help change behavior and ensure training 'sticks'. * Develop collaborative relationships with key business leaders, SMEs and other learning staff to identify learning opportunities. * Develops high quality materials including participant guides, worksheets, job aides and facilitator manuals to support training initiatives. * Special Projects. Qualifications * 5+ years sales training development and curriculum design. * Experience in sales or sales management preferred. * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to give or facilitate live instructor-led sales training (on solution, process, or skills related topics) * Experience with LMS and other learning technologies * Must be able to take complex concepts and simplify them for sales. * Ability to gain instant credibility with the sales organization is essential. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members delivering quality projects with aggressive time lines. * Willingness to Travel (when safe).
