Currently, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join the ArcBest team. The Sales Enablement Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales teams by focusing on engagement creation, collateral development, and the measurement of automation processes. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales content is aligned with business objectives, and automation tools are optimized for efficiency.

Your contribution may include:

  • Implement and optimize sales automation tools to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for automation processes and generate regular reports to assess performance.

  • Collaborate with IT and sales operations teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration between different automation platforms.

  • Develop sales collateral, including presentations, fliers, and other materials that support the sales process.

  • Work closely with design teams to ensure collateral is visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicates key messages.

  • Provide training to the sales team on how to effectively use and present collateral in client interactions.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales leadership, and sales operations teams to align sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve content, tool and collateral effectiveness.

  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will be a member of the ArcBest Customer Experience team in Fort Smith, AR. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, required.

Experience: Minimum, two years' experience in sales enablement, content creation, and collateral development.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of B2B sales processes, SQL, and data analysis for reporting purposes, required. Experience working with CRM systems, and other sales tools, required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with sales automation tools and the ability to measure and optimize their effectiveness.

Certifications: Certifications in sales enablement, marketing automation, customer experience, or related fields, preferred.
