Overall Purpose

The Sales Enablement Advisor, essential to the sales process, manages successful sales activities for the Customer Success, Partner Enablement, and New Logo Sales teams. Responsible for driving the process within Early Warning Services resources to support a myriad of activities core to successful sales efforts (including creating reports and analyzing results for trends and opportunities, working with legal in document preparation/reviews, sales lead for supporting compliance / security / audit reviews, etc.) Identify and drive efficiencies in the sales model (e.g., analyzing sales pipeline activities, developing a library from which Early Warning Services can respond to RFI/RFPs received from customers, etc). This role supports the maintenance of the customer relationship, revenue attainment and creating intelligence to inform the quarterly business review process.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with Customer Success and Partner Enablement team members to build a successful and efficient sales organization, supporting organizational objectives including attain sales and revenue objectives, shorten sales cycles, and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the administrative processes required within Early Warning for signing, on-boarding and maintaining a customer relationship. Develop relationships with EWS team members in associated roles.

  • Manage customers reporting (including activity reports, Service Level Agreement reports and periodic review meetings), providing requirements for enhancements, analyzing data for trends and opportunities, and developing presentations for customers.

  • Support the tracking and communication with Customer Success and Partner Enablement team members on the status of the various customer onboarding steps (i.e. legal, compliance, vetting) or ongoing audits and risk assessments.

  • Develop routines and processes with Customer Success, Partner Enablement team and associated EWS team members to ensure is updated and current for their assigned portfolio.

  • Develop and foster positive and collaborative internal working relationships with key areas including Billing, Customer Implementation, Product Management, Marketing, Third Party Assessment team, Security, Compliance, and Contracts/Legal.

  • Support the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other related field

  • Proven sales or relationship management experience in one or more of the technical, fraud, risk or financial institution industries

  • Excellent ability to influence and consult with internal partners and processes

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Ability to work as a member of a team-based sales organization

  • Demonstrates professionalism

  • Organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers and travel.
