This role is responsible for providing sales enablement through the TEGNA Salesforce instance, so that the TEGNA sales organization can effectively access sales learning and process administered by TEGNA corporate revenue team.
Serves as the primary point of contact in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including:
Proficient management of curriculum, records, registrations, users, testimonials, and content
Establishes ongoing effective partnerships with LMS vendor
Troubleshoots technical and user issues in a timely manner
Communicates and/or deploys system updates
Be the champion for an engaging and effective CRM system for the field. Review analytics to provide insights on sales adoption so that enhancements can be made for our sellers.
Serves as the primary point for communication of sales enablement to the Salesforce IT team.
Works marketing team on marketing materials that need to be enabled in Salesforce.
Communicate post all priority sales communication and training calls, including TEGNA Training Team calls.
Create effective communication in Salesforce by selling up chatter groups by roles.
Administers reporting and data analysis on a variety of training needs (i.e., training results, skill adoption, survey responses, assessment scores, etc.); Provides general administrative support to training team.
2 years' experience working with a Learning Management System, or other online management platform required
Success working with Salesforce and/or CRM system.
Proven ability to deliver professional communication to diverse audiences required
Proven ability to project manage
Multi-tasking, technical and interpersonal skills are essential
Personal commitment to details and shared organization critical
Understanding of digital marketing products preferred
Success working within a Sales environment desired
Experience in training, teaching, or related learning field a plus
