Job Description

The Sales Effectiveness Lead will perform development and support of the Sales CRM for Lennox Residential which is built on the Salesforce.com platform. The Sales Effectiveness Lead will coordinate with internal support functions such as Sales, Customer Experience, Stores, and Marketing to ensure that critical projects, processes, and content are integrated into Salesforce.com.

The Sales Effectiveness Lead will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce.com platform and will analyze project objectives, create custom workflows, and troubleshoot errors. This position will work within a cross-functional team structure to deliver solutions that support the sales of the company's products and services.

  • Be the day-to-day lead for Sales Effectiveness for assigned projects, functional groups, and channels.

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with systems and applications.

  • Responsible for the planning and executing of CRM projects which includes meeting with key stakeholders for idea generation and exploration to determine business, functional and technical requirements as well as participating in application design, configuration, testing and deployment in order to champion successful execution.

  • Build Salesforce.com applications using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers to support the company's programs.

  • Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases.

  • Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications.

  • Responsible for QA, testing, debugging, and developing user documentation related to the configuration and deployment of applications.

  • Work with key stakeholders across support functions to provide visibility to metrics that will drive proactive coaching.

  • Work with internal support functions such as Sales, Customer Experience, Stores, and Marketing for the purpose of improving operational efficiency.

  • Recommend changes to current techniques, procedures, or efforts based on market research and new trends in Sales Effectiveness, CRM, Integration, and Marketing Automation.

  • Work within the team to create reports, dashboards, and analytic applications in the Sales CRM to support Sales, Customer Experience, Stores, Marketing, and Corporate initiatives.

  • Work with the cross-functional teams to glean requirements and feedback for new projects and enhancements to CRM functionality.

  • Educate others in the workflow, business processes, and analytics enabled by assigned functions and applications.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification. Requires at least 5-8 years related experience. Requires an advanced understanding of CRM development practices, integration methods, Center of Excellence methodology, toolsets, and strategies with the ability to review market trends to identify likely impact on sales and company performance.

  • Experienced with CRM development, administration, maintenance, and support. (Salesforce.com experience including Flow Development is required | SAP, MuleSoft, Qlik, Pardot, Marketing Cloud experience is a plus)

  • Experienced using the following core technologies of the Force.com platform for Salesforce.com development: Apex, Lightning Component Framework, Visualforce, Workflows, and Triggers. (Java, SQL, SOQL, Web Services experience is a plus)

  • Expertise with Salesforce Partner Communities, Lightning Process Builder, and Visual Flows is highly desired.

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.

  • Experience in migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environments.

  • Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign management is desired. (Email creation, landing page development, and HTML experience is a plus.)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Programs including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously.

  • Effective verbal and written communication on all levels, both internally and externally, including presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasker.

  • Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of "deliverables".

  • Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

  • Expert ability to analyze data and organize it into useful information.

  • Communicates effectively with end users, IT staff, third-party partners, and executive leadership.

The Total Compensation range for this position is approximately $105,000k - $135,000k and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
