Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an extraordinary sales professional to head the sales effort at the new luxury senior community The Province San Gabriel. The right candidate will have a passion for anticipating service, an excellent track record in sales and know what representing a luxury brand demands. Although candidates with 2-4 sales experience in a senior housing environment are a plus, related industries will also be considered. Our top salespeople realize it is all about the relationships we form when we connect with people as well as the experience we provide whether it be with our clients, other professionals or our fellow community associates.
The community is slated to open in 2023 and will offer elevated independent living residences. Amenity spaces and services will cater to those who are seeking an elegant lifestyle that is filled with luxurious touches and spectacular design.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis:
Provide service moments and a customer experience unlike any other community
Sell the vision of the community through storytelling
Understand and demonstrate a strategic approach to sales with proven success in advancing sales relationships towards move-in
Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events
Maintain an accurate lead database with daily strategic use
Build brand awareness through strategic community partnerships and outreach effort
What you will need to be considered for this position:
1-3 years' experience in a lead sales role
Proven sales record
Excellent communication skills
High emotional intelligence
Strong business acumen
Extensive experience with lead tracking software and reporting
Strong skills in Excel
