Job Description

Brief Description: New Business Development Opportunity! We are seeking a highly motivated sales candidate. Experience in the relocation industry is required. It is a virtual position in South Western United States (CA, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM) selling to multinational accounts with moderate travel requirements.

Accountabilities

  • Designing a territory strategy and prospecting sales leads within the assigned region.

  • Nurturing leads through relationship management and identification of business fit.

  • Developing a competitive pricing strategy while maintaining profitability.

  • Constructing the RFP response with technical support from writers.

  • Managing sales presentations, coordinating dry runs, developing, and communicating our win strategy.

  • Leading the contract negotiation with involvement from legal.

  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding, working with client services and implementation teams.

  • Participating in special projects including strategic initiatives, trade conferences, etc.

Leadership

  • Represent Sales at a local level via active participation in industry conferences, leveraging supplier relationships and hosting Cartus sponsored events.

  • Maintaining and foster relationships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers/partners to find solutions and exceed our prospect's needs.

Requirement and Key Dimensions

  • Extensive relocation experience.

  • Ability to travel 20%-30%.

  • Minimum 2 years proven success in selling outsourced services to multinational companies.

  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong presentation and networking skills - face to face and by phone.

  • Demonstrate excellence in new business development and consultative selling by developing a value proposition around discovery analysis

  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills.

Ideal candidate who lives in the designed territory (CA, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM) or somewhere in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.

Compensation Range

$112,000 - $133,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
