What do we do?
Using super cool technology we give diners the option to have more control over their own dining experience, we free up server time so they can focus on their other responsibilities and we give the restaurants the ability to manage their day to day business which helps create a cohesive partnership between sunday and the restaurant industry.
What will you do?:
Reporting in our Co-Founder and CEO, Christine De Wendel, we're looking for a seasoned Sales Director to support in our strategy build out, team build out and GTM approach.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team for our Small and Medium sized restaurant segment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans across several cities (especially in Atlanta, Chicago, DC, Nashville, New York and Philadelphia to start with), setting ambitious yet achievable targets and exceeding them consistently.
Build inbound sales machine leveraging out strategic partnerships
Negotiate and close deals, securing new business and driving revenue growth.
Coach and mentor your team members, helping them hone their skills and achieve their full potential.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape, proactively adapting your approach to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless alignment and drive overall company goals.
Who are you?
2-3 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment with at least 5 years of proven track record in Sales
Previous experience of working in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred as having network in this industry is a big plus
Highly analytical with a strong appetite to master the payments space
A proven track record of high value, complex sales negotiations and closes
A problem solver and analytical thinker who will use out of the box thinking to solve problems, create new partnerships and grow revenue across the US markets
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and team development
