What we need

We're looking for a Sales Director in Texas to drive and grow incremental advertising revenue from a strategic list of mid-market agencies and clients. You'll be a dynamic seller who is client focused with a strong background in data driven AdTech solutions and an in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

  • Selling our suite of products and platform directly to agencies and brands
  • Creating and managing a business plan that strategically identifies key advertisers across the regional market
  • Develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted agency and client accounts
  • Build a strong understanding of the clients business to demonstrate how we can assist them to achieve their business objective
  • Work in close partnership with the sales team and other key internal stakeholders to achieve this business plan
  • Consistently deliver individual sales targets every quarter
  • Highlight and proactively pursue new business opportunities related to the designated client list

You'll have

  • Experience in a revenue-focused Media Sales OR data specific sales roles within AdTech
  • Demonstrated record of selling and scaling solutions to mid-market agencies and brands
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising systems and business models, including knowledge of the exchange/DSP/SSP/Trading Desk/programmatic ecosystem/3rd party data/close loop attribution
  • Possess a network of high level agency /brand contacts
  • Confidence, tenacity and the hunger to understand complex solutions and chase and close new business

You will be leading the global sales team and external sales-related partners. You will also be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop the roadmap for realizing and offering new services in accordance with Augmenta’s vision. Finally, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and communicating metrics and KPIs relevant to the scope. The Sales Director will be reporting to our CEO.
