Job Summary
The Director of Field Sales will spearhead the development and execution of lead generation strategies to drive engagement with brokers to increase enrollment in Medicare products. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Medicare market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust lead generation strategies tailored to the Medicare market, aimed at increasing agent engagement and enrollment into Medicare products.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
Collaborate with marketing and direct reports to create and optimize events and campaigns that attract potential Medicare beneficiaries.
Analyze market trends and data to identify effective lead generation techniques and opportunities for improvement.
Team Oversight of Establishing and maintaining relationships within the community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to enhance lead generation efforts.
Monitor and report on lead generation performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies related to lead generation and Medicare enrollment.
Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the field sales team.
