Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$134,437.00-$215,099.00

As a CSG Sales Director

  • Field Service Management, you will be accountable for identifying and building new business in a manner that disrupts the customer's thinking and builds consensus to secure deals. You will have the opportunity to manage accounts as your own business and to be compensated for your success in driving our business growth.

Position Details:

  • Proven track record hunting new logos within field service management space

  • Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company exceeds its revenue targets

  • Build a new book of business, bring in new logos, and sell into existing clients

  • Leverage insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business that lead them to CSG for their Field Service Management needs

  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus.

  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges to increase overall revenue and sales bookings

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Services to ensure consistent messaging to customers, and help them gather the voice of the customer information to continue to evolve our product offering

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in field workforce management

  • Work in resource/quota planning, dispatch and/or technical operations

  • Minimum of 10 years experience of implementing, consulting, and supporting field service automation software

  • Executive level presence with the maturity and strategic planning experience to lead large, complex sales opportunities

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate complex sales deals

  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a self-starter, and innovative

  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through

The position is responsible for the relationship management of C2FO buyer accounts that support C2FO's mission of making working capital available to all businesses in the world. The Director of Program Management serves as the primary relationship manager to Fortune 100 Treasurers and/or heads of Finance with the responsibility for growing a customer's program. Requirements: * Displays strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage and/or implement all phases of projects and tasks within the enterprise and with its clients. * Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client * Financial acumen and ability to discuss financial topics with senior financial team in client organizations Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for buyer Treasury, Finance or Procurement executive sponsors. * Drive buyer education, analysis, marketing & messaging with respect to Supplier onboarding. Pursue direct acquisition of strategically important Suppliers, as required, in concert with buyer Procurement. * In close coordination with internal teams, accelerate the revenue ramp of complex deals by overseeing critical activities and deliverables. This includes coordination with respect to Supplier onboarding between Supplier Relationship Management and Operations. * Business development with respect to program expansions including new suppliers, geos, currencies, etc. and develop the evolving business strategy through segmentation and growth. * Lead internal SRM training efforts as subject matter expert and support, as required, the team's conversations with prospective Suppliers. * Identify strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of the customer's business, married with C2FO platform offerings and capabilities to optimize the customer's income growth. * Requires up to 50% travel. Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related discipline is required. * Minimum of 10 years in an analyst, sales or relationship management role preferably in a trade finance or supply chain finance capacity for a major financial institution with a global presence. * MBA and/or entrepreneurial experience a plus.
