NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sales Development & Training Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

NTT Data Services is seeking to hire an e-Learning Specialist to focus on creating some core classes, micro-lessons (using Video Scribe) and be able to do some gamification (using GoAnimate). This individual should be a go-getter and be highlyl self motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Based on identified training needs in the company, business segments/global functions, designs and develops sales training materials, including both traditional and media-based deliverables

  • Conducts, designs and training classes and programs designed to build moderate to high level functional skills within a sales discipline

  • Develops online training and programs for prospecting, customer engagement, overcoming the competition, and other sales team needs

  • Create engaging, scenario-based courses utilizing a variety of assessment tools to enable greater learner retention and application

  • Deliver engaging virtual (web-based), live, and on-the-job training content

  • Partner effectively with subject matter experts to develop robust training curriculum for various roles within the sales organization

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in a training/learning development or equivalent role

  • Training experience supporting sales organization

  • Has lead the adoption of new, complex tools, technologies, and systems

  • Possess strong understanding of e-learning platforms such as storyline learning concepts and best practices

  • Able to brainstorm creative e-learning and innovative instructional solutions

  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and/or learning content management systems (LCMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, ANGEL, Sakai, WebCT, Vista, etc.
