The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying and selling to leads in the Small Business Segment. This position lays the foundation for a successful sales career at VARIDESK. First 9-12 months
Become and expert in the tools necessary to be successful: Salesforce CRM, call scripts, sales cadences.
Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities through lead generation, outbound prospecting and inbound contacts.
Engage with customers via telephone, email and social media to analyze their needs.
Build relationships with your Sales Development, Business Development and Account Management counterparts.
Grow book of business in the Small Business Segment
Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.
Work with mentors and sales leaders to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.
