The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying and selling to leads in the Small Business Segment. This position lays the foundation for a successful sales career at VARIDESK. First 9-12 months

  • Become and expert in the tools necessary to be successful: Salesforce CRM, call scripts, sales cadences.

  • Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities through lead generation, outbound prospecting and inbound contacts.

  • Engage with customers via telephone, email and social media to analyze their needs.

  • Build relationships with your Sales Development, Business Development and Account Management counterparts.

  • Grow book of business in the Small Business Segment
    9-18 Months

  • Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.

  • Work with mentors and sales leaders to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Inbound, Outbound, Retail or Call Center Sales Experience to include: Utilizing a defined sales process to prospect and qualify customers, assess their needs, and position a solution for them.
