We are looking for hungry, ambitious, future-sales experts to join our new SDR team at Triplebyte. With a focus on the B2B/company side of the business, members of this team will be critical in Triplebyte’s success in meeting our aggressive business goals through understanding the pains that our buyers are facing, identifying the best way to communicate with them and then generating engagement that leads to sales opportunities and ultimately revenue. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone that is metrics-driven and self-motivated, and will pave the way for a great career in sales!Role Responsibilities

    • Identifying new prospects that fit our target profile, based on personas provided
    • Developing content for reaching out ‘cold’ with a view to engaging the prospect and setting a meeting (where handoff is then made to AE)
    • Executing outbound campaigns utilizing tools as their disposal - email, calling, InMails, Mixmax cadences etc. Qualifying interest in these discussions.
    • When engaging with prospects - identifying their key pain points, current hiring processes, needs etc
    • Following up inbound leads generated by marketing team in a timely manner, taking note of action taken and planning follow-up as appropriate
