Sales Development Representative

In this role, you'll receive training to effectively research and generate leads while scheduling appointments through cold-calling efforts. Your focus will be on connecting with potential clients across the Western, Southern, and Midwestern regions of the U.S. to facilitate meetings with our branch teams.

This is not your typical outbound call center role - you won't be handling payments or discussing pricing. Instead, you'll leverage your interpersonal skills to establish meaningful connections with business leaders and decision-makers, laying the groundwork for productive partnerships.

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

• Some sales experience (at least 6 months in a call center or similar outbound sales role)

• Comfortable with making cold calls to businesses

• Driven to meet and exceed goals

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with business leaders and decision-makers

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 4:00pm OR 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: Everett, WA (100% in-office)

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour (additional monthly bonus of $300 - $1000)
