Overview
Swimlane is a rapidly growing leader in the Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response space. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our inside sales team to drive sales opportunities and to prepare to move up the sales ladder. This position will report to the SVP of Sales.
This is full time position working for Swimlane. Outsourced contractors and staffing agencies should not apply.


Responsibilities
  • Drive sales opportunities through prospecting and scheduling of sales meetings
  • Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to generate opportunities
  • Exceed quarterly and annual opportunity generation goals
  • Effectively utilize and maintain the CRM to manage activities and sales details
  • Actively engage in sales skills improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications/Core Skills

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Experience utilizing a CRM to manage your activities (SalesForce a plus)
  • Can do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience in the IT Security market and/or solutions are a plus

    Experience
    4 Year Degree Preferred
    1+ years of experience in B2B selling and/or demand generation

Service Development Representative IV Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do Supporting the sales of Comstor Cisco SMARTnet service business by managing high volumes of quoting and case management; assisting with the order processing work flow; promoting the value of the SMARTnet offer internally and to reseller customers; and functioning as a Subject Matter Expert across the breadth of Cisco Service related topics. Duties and Responsibilities Include: * Managing Pricing, Quoting, and Follow-through on SMARTnet Opportunities * Establish and maintain 90% accuracy level when quoting * Strive for and maintain ticket count above 100 in a 30 day period * Review all quotes provided to the reseller (QA) * Mastering of Comstor Tools and Programs Related to Cisco Services * Promoting to Comstor Partners, Cisco Representatives, and Comstor Sales and BDM Professionals * Educate resellers and internal sales. Promote product offerings and specials resulting in a greater reseller awareness of available service products for their end user customers * Training and Coaching Customers and Internal Sales Professionals on Cisco Service Topics * Developing and Managing Sales Pipeline for Service Opportunities * Booking of services orders in internal order management system when needed. * Fill out RMA template for partial RMA's * Quote and book new services attached * Ability to balance working independently and on a team. * Accuracy, Ticket Count, Ticket SLA's, Pipeline spreadsheet updated weekly will be measured as part of your performance * Assists in training new team members * Responsible for sales of new and renewal contracts complex quotes and on-going sales support during the life of the contracts. * Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with new and assigned customers, Synnex sales and support team, management teams and the vendor. * May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. * Communicates all new product information and changes to team and internal sales. * Identify prospects. Increase the number of resellers that are currently offering Cisco Services to their customers. * Ability to work multiple types of levels of sales accounts * Work with/assist the Service Development Reps with the closing of renewal contracts. * Work with the vendor to request special pricing when needed. * Work with other departments (i.e. Credit) to solve related issues. * Expand sales within existing accounts, focuses on customer service, develop relationships with key decision makers, understands and responds to customer needs, tracks and monitors account activity. * Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise * Conducts training webinars and presentations. * Writes marketing material as needed. * Program Management. * Assists Manager as needed.
