Sales Development drives overall sales by increasing the volume of our leads and qualified opportunities. It is critical to fostering desire for our services and nurturing opportunities that are likely to close. The kind of stuff you'll be doing:
Outbound demand generation activity including phone and email outreach to prospective clients
Qualify inbound inquiries
Complete quality discovery in preparation for sales demonstrations
Work closely with Sales and Client Success team members to ensure that prospects understand Paytronix's value proposition
Track and report key data points in Salesforce
Use Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, and Pardot to manage and score leads/contacts (Training in these industry-leading tools will be provided)
Meet monthly quota expectations
The kind of experience you'll need:
BS or BA degree in an accredited four-year institution
Demonstrated interest in a career in sales
Passionate, motivated and driven to exceed goals
Confident and energetic phone presence
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
The extra stuff that would be nice:
Experience in the restaurant industry
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM software
