What we're looking for
We are looking to expand our Inbound Call Team. This is an opportunity to join a growing team, make a big splash with a rapidly growing company, and be a part of one of today's fastest growing industries.
When homeowners dial our number, we answer. And we can all agree, first impressions are important. The primary responsibility of this role will be delivering world class customer service through these conversations, answering a variety of questions, and gathering the necessary information to move prospects along in the sales process.
If you genuinely enjoy working with people, are extremely organized, adapt well to continuous change, and have excellent communication skills, then we may have an opportunity for you.
Although we have somewhat flexible schedules, this is not a normal 9 - 5 position. Expect to work 40 hours per week, some of which is likely to include a mixture of early mornings, evenings, and an occasional weekend day. While you're in the office, enjoy the relaxed, dog-friendly atmosphere, never-ending coffee & tea supply, ping pong breaks, healthy snacks/drinks, and our occasional catered lunches.
What you'll do
Promptly answer all inquiries via phone/web
Ensure information added to our CRM software is accurate and up-to-date on a daily basis
Create a positive customer experience while representing Vacasa in a professional and courteous manner
Discuss, educate, and get potential new customers excited about Vacasa
Communicate effectively and respectfully with outside sales reps, management, and your colleagues
Take charge of special projects as assigned
Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information, and competitive landscape
Gather as much information as possible during the initial call to move the prospect along in the sales process
Protect all customer information in a professional and confidential manner
Skills you'll need
2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development
Tech-savvy - both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about basic and advanced technology
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Effective time management
Strong active listener
Flexible schedule - must be able to work mornings or nights, and occasional weekends
Patience, reliability, and professionalism
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Upbeat attitude and high level of energy
Ability to brush off rejection
