Helios Service Partners is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing and top-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calls, seeking out potential sales prospects, and qualifying leads. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be the first SDR on our team and has ambitions to grow into a sales and sales leadership role.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls, emails, and social media sourcing to potential customers, introducing Helios Service Partners and our solutions.
Identify and qualify sales prospects, gathering essential information and assessing their needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and qualification.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets and sales quotas.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
Previous experience in a sales or cold calling role is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are passionate, motivated, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to articulate product information and build rapport with potential customers.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with prospects.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and grow within the organization.
Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,000 annually in our lowest geographic market up to $55,00 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
