Hanzo is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our Portland, Oregon location to help propel our rapid growth. Researching, engaging and securing meetings with enterprise accounts, you are driven by the ultimate goal of creating new business opportunities.


Working collaboratively with our Account Executive (AE) team, youll employ a variety of strategies and tactics to gain an understanding of the b2b legal and compliance market and generate interest in Hanzos Dynamic Archive Platform. Youll become an expert in solving advanced business challenges with some of the deepest technology in the industry.


This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates interested in establishing a career in enterprise technology sales to learn the ins and outs of professional selling into complex b2b accounts.

What You Will Do:

  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed qualified meeting, opportunity and pipeline quotas
  • Research accounts, identify and engage with decision makers and influencers
  • Conduct a high volume of call, email & social selling activity
  • Become an expert on how to identify fit and communicate the value of Hanzos Dynamic Archive technology
  • Follow up with inbound leads generated by marketing and conduct outbound prospecting through a variety of channels and tactics
  • Use Hubspot CRM to manage contacts, accounts, appointments, and activities
  • Collaborate with AE team, marketing and sales executives on account strategies

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Curiosity, consistency, and competitiveness to reach winning outcomes
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and next-level people skills
  • The ability to receive feedback and make adjustments accordingly
  • A passion for technology


What Would Be Helpful:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience in any type of high-volume, phone-based inbound or outbound sales environment
  • Experience using a CRM
