Sales Development Representative- Blackberry

The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact at Blackberry for end users. . As such, the SDR has an important role in representing the Blackberry brand and building a relationship of trust with their customers. The SDR is pivotal in establishing a meaningful relationship that the Sales Representatives can build upon. Key to being successful in this role is the ability to have a focused attention to prospecting new contacts and using Marketstar's suite of tools to engage those contacts.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:

  • Manages lead flow to ensure timely contact with new potential customers.

  • Clearly identifies sales opportunities by understanding the potential for the customer to purchase Vonage products and services.

  • Facilitating all communications Vonage Sales reps, by providing sales documents, product roll outs, requested quotes, pricing, proposals, and deal details

  • Excellent Sales Skills with the ability to overcome customer objections and present a clear value to the customer of a Vonage solution

  • Excellent communication skills using all forms of communication from phone, email, texting, to chat

  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities

  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal resources

  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities

  • Prospects new contacts

  • Achieve assigned sales KPI and Lead Qualifications

What's required to be considered:

  • Post High School Degree Preferred

  • Sales experience a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of SalesForce(CRM) is preferred

  • Individual should have exceptional leadership skills, be highly motivated, and be able to work independently without supervision

  • Ability to meet or exceed quotas

  • Strong organization and time management skills
