Due to growth in the business, our Bunchball team is hiring a Sales Development Representative located in the Boston Metro Area.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise account sales opportunities. This is a business to business sales environment.
The role focuses on identifying business needs while also conducting information-gathering to help pre-qualify opportunities for the sales organization through phone, social channels and email contact.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the lifeblood of pipeline generation and new customer acquisition at BIW Bunchball. The SDR will align closely with their sales counterparts, working as part of the extended sales team to intelligently prospect into accounts. The team will also leverage modern processes and the latest tools and technologies to prioritize their lead follow up activities and effectively engage with prospects.
Using your prospecting skills, you'll work to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline goals as well as other defined objectives.
Identify qualified sales opportunities in large, enterprise accounts.
Interact with business decision makers via telephone, email and social channels.
Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce.com to ensure effective lead management.
Set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.
Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to conceptually understand our solution and explain it at a high level.
Positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
