Your Role as a Sales Development Representative is to be responsible as the first point of contact with Atheer prospects. Whether inbound or outbound you will prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales ready opportunities. You will have to manage and overcome prospect objections and properly qualify a prospect and opportunity by directly engaging with them over the phone.


  • 2-3 years of enterprise sales experience, Software and SaaS based experience is a plus
  • Experience with Emerging Technology (not necessarily Augmented Reality & wearable technology)
  • Strong phone presence
  • Demonstrated success meeting monthly and quarterly targets
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Resourcefulness Startups are a world of limited resources, you can get it done, even if you dont have the deal handed to you on a silver platter (because it wont be).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and G Suite is required

What You Will Be Doing: As an SDR organization we spend most of our time working to help Elastic users make the most of our offerings. Your responsibilities will include: * Become a subject matter expert on our SaaS trials with a primary focus of driving up conversion rates of trial users to paying customers * Ensure users have a positive experience using our platform for the first time by supporting any and every question they need answered * Identify trends and actively look for ways we can improve the trial experience to keep our users engaged * Create scalable processes that evolve as our trial users and customer base grow * Collaborate with our sales team, Cloud Product Management team, marketing team, and support team in a truly cross-functional role * Leverage KPI data to identify gaps and build strategic initiatives to grow our monthly customer base What You Bring To The Table: There isn't a cookie-cutter mold for who we hire, but there are some common qualities each member of our high-performing team possesses: * Open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve * Genuinely curious with a desire to ask questions and learn new things * Able to learn and grasp complex technical concepts.
