Sales Development Representative, ARC Facilities

ARC Facilities is looking for a hungry and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its high velocity inside sales team. We are looking for a high energy self-starter, who likes talking to people, who has unwavering perseverance, thrives on challenges, and who wants to win. The SDR will qualify inbound leads and generate meetings for our regional sales team. The SDR will report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation & Marketing.

These are the exciting things you get to do here:

  • Follow up on all outbound marketing leads generated via Tradeshows, webinars 3rd party content syndication, and email campaigns

  • Respond to inbound marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other marketing-generated leads

  • Utilize a consistent multiple-contact process via phone, email, and chat to follow up and qualify leads

  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize high-volume phone time (75-100 calls per day), including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect types

  • Conduct conversations with prospects in a consultative way; comfortable managing and overcoming objections

  • The main goal is to set qualified meetings for the RSMs with a goal of setting at least 16 meetings per month

  • Effectively work in the HubSpot CRM to document prospect interaction, ensure efficient lead management, and maintain accurate information in HubSpot CRM per company policies

  • Consistently achieve personal targets (monthly and quarterly) and work well with the regional sales team

  • Accept feedback and training to continue to improve and develop

  • Be entrepreneurial, look for new ways to succeed and drive more meetings

  • You will leverage your 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Rep / Sales Development Rep in the software industry to execute this role;

  • You will be an excellent member of our team, collaborating with all, helping others when you can;
