TechnoMile is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Tysons, Virginia. The SDR team is a critical component of our growth strategy - responsible for educating and influencing prospects across the federal contracting landscape - and working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure we operate as a seamless organization with goals of building a solid pipeline of potential deals.

The day-to-day:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential ICP customers through research and sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesforce), social media (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and industry events.
  • Prospecting: Distribute emails and texts, conduct phone calls, engage on social media, and participate at industry events to introduce TechnoMile or refamiliarize them with our portfolio of solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM with detailed notes on prospect interactions and status updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to optimize talk tracks, share prospect feedback, and develop strategies for effective lead generation.
  • Reporting: Track and report on core KPIs and other critical metrics, including the number of exploratory and discovery meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Who you are:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience using sales engagement software (e.g., Gong, SalesLoft).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable building remote relationships through phone calls, texts, emails, social media, and live chat.
  • A person who prioritizes learning and development and wants to improve each day.
  • A strategic thinker and problem-solver who can overcome challenges on-the-fly, in a thoughtful, effective, and diplomatic way.
  • A person of high integrity, as building a potential customer's trust starts with your interaction.
