About the Role
As a Sales Development Operations Analyst, you will be the Sales Development and SalesLoft expert and thought leader. You will maintain effective communications with the sales development team and leadership to ensure the team has contacts, cadences and results of their performance against goals.
We are looking for an ambitious and data driven individual to grow with us. Successful candidates will know our platform(s) and stay up to date on SalesLoft product releases, industry best practices, trends and make recommendations to sales leadership. They will be an expert in reporting and analytics. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and manage requests coming from a variety of sources while assuming ownership for successfully completing projects and duties.
This position will be located in either our Tampa or Boston office and will support our Global team of Sales Development Representatives across the US, UK, Brazil and Australia.
Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities
Working with sales and marketing leadership, create targeted lists for the SDR team to align with the current and future campaigns and initiatives; balance the targets across the international SDR team and update SalesLoft and/or Salesforce with the contacts by SDR for each cadence
Must be metric driven and be able to use data to make decisions and articulate different assumptions and hypotheses to help manage the organization.
Work with sales enablement, product management and marketing to build out, maintain and iterate on Cadences, and host feedback sessions internally with the appropriate stakeholders
Identify top-performing cadences, campaigns and strategies and refine them moving forward
Implement pipeline early warning systems to help actively manage the pipeline growth required
Front line support for Sales team regarding systems and data for SalesLoft including configuration, implementation, troubleshooting and reporting
Design and recommend improvements to process; how to utilize SalesLoft, increase efficiencies and streamline work effort
Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis related to team performance and activity, pipeline, key metrics and KPIs, and support of ad hoc strategic analysis
Work to maintain data integrity of prospects and leads including appending data, purging outdated data.
Engage in ad-hoc projects, lead generation, and cadence creation activities
Support the onboarding of new Sales Development Representatives

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business/System analyst role; Technology (SaaS) industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
2+ years' administration experience with SalesLoft required including proficient with loading targets and building and deploying cadences
Proficient in using Salesforce CRM specific to reporting and analytics
Strong competency with Excel, business models, pivot tables, charts and graphs
Demonstrates immaculate attention to detail and an ability to triangulate various data sources as a validation step to accuracy.
Understanding of sales processes, sales plans, pipeline and forecasts
Salesforce Analytics and/or other BI reporting systems experience is preferred
Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high transaction, frequently changing environment while meeting service level agreements and deadlines
Effective written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with the sales team
