Summary

The Sales Development Manager will be an important contributor to our marketing and sales leadership team. This individual will own the department's recruiting and pipeline generation strategy.

The Sales Development manager will work closely with sales and marketing leadership across the nation to deliver new business opportunities. Individuals will drive the execution of Ammega's new business pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-the-funnel metrics and revenue.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Hire, onboard, and develop Sales Development Representatives.

Define performance metrics and track progress towards revenue objectives.

Providing $1million Potential from accounts that order

OEM Growth within the business. $100k actual sales from new opportunities

Monitor SDR KPIs and maintain best-in-class tech stack - Monday, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, MNI, & GovSpend

50 Calls / 50 Emails Daily

Providing 60 Lists a year

Running Salesforce reports

Maintaining the Salesforce Leads and delegating those

Perform 1:1's, consistent training, and weekly meetings with the team.

Leverage MNI technology to analyze new markets and prospects.

Consults with sales on commercial and technical issues as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders.

Running 15 Marketing Campaigns through Sales Development yearly

Work with customer service team on leads and objectives

Develops career growth progression plans.

2-year program to move SDR's within the organization to higher positions

Evaluate recent technologies and programs to drive performance.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

4+ years of related business-to-business sales experience.

2+ years of management experience and leading successful teams.

Highly experienced with developing outbound and inbound sales development playbooks.

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

Have a passion for coaching and development.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and prospects.

Cold call experience is preferred.

Experience using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft (or comparable tools).

Ability to learn technical products and understand their applications.

Knowledge and experience with MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable utilizing proactive phone skills.

Strong mathematical and sales aptitude.

Must be able to work in the US.
