About the Program

The Sales Data Quality Co-Op Program is a full time, 6-month program dedicated to helping college students jump start their business careers at a top-ranked technology company that cares about its people. This program provides an immersive job experience in which students will work in a sales data analysis role within a global technology sales team.  In addition to your day-to-day work with your team, interns get to experience our award-winning culture through mentorship, learning programs, team-building activities, networking events, and more.

About the Sales Data Quality Role

UKG is looking for co-ops to join our The Sales Data Quality team. The Sales Data Quality Co-Op supports the overall Go-To-Market Sales mission by way of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within Salesforce CRM.

In this Sales Data Quality co-op, you will be responsible for the following:

• Add accounts to Salesforce with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Research companies business operations and parent subsidiary relationships

• Use D&B Hoovers and other web sources to evaluate account accuracy!

• Review Requests to add new accounts - search salesforce to ensure we do not create duplicates.

• Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

• Able to commit to a full-time co-op from July to December, Full Time M-F 8-5 EST

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

• We prioritize rising juniors and seniors for this co-op program

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce)

• Quick learner with new software or computer applications

• Solid Internet research techniques, able to glean information from various sources

• Can articulate research findings in a clear manner

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail a Must and honest communication skills.

• Team-minded work ethic with the ability to work under limited supervision.
