Our Architectural Specialties (AS) team is currently seeking a Sales Data Analyst at our headquarters in Lancaster, PA. As Sales Data Analyst, you will mainly be responsible for analyzing metrics and measures associated with AS job follow-up activities, close rates, and sales. In addition, you will also be assisting with on-going analysis in support of all aspects of our AS business.

Responsibilities of the Sales Data Analyst:

  • Establish dashboards and communicate analytics and metrics clearly and concisely with customers regularly

  • Prepare and distribute actionable reporting and analysis for AS job follow-up activities

  • Distribute AS close rate metrics to customers

  • Assist Price and Margin Manager with providing business insight and analytics

Required Qualifications and Education of the Sales Data Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related OR in lieu of degree, 3+ years of sales analytics experience

  • Ability to generate and communicate analytics clearly and concisely

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - particularly Excel

  • Customer focused with strong attention to detail and capable of delivering accurate, quality results in a timely, consistent, and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Data Analyst:

  • Proficiency in SAP/ BW, Salesforce (SFDC), and Tableau

Internally called Pricing Analysts, you will analyze historic and current pricing trends, executing on channel and product pricing strategy, lead projects supporting key strategic initiatives, projecting "what-if" scenarios for pricing changes, completing annual pricing reviews, and handling ad-hoc price changes from the sales team. Data Analysts serve as a members of the Pricing Team involved in the analysis and effectiveness of pricing, communication to both internal and external customers.
