The Sales & Customer Service Specialist is part of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners and other supporting departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquires, and overseeing various administration within assigned accounts.

Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time hourly position, at $18.00 an hour (Non-exempt) Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138 This role participates in our hybrid schedule Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office. Major Duties Include: Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps and their corresponding accounts Oversees the internal accounts administration of variety of national and/ or regional accounts Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts including returns, damages, purchase order discrepancies, etc.

Accurately processes orders via SAP Business One software for assigned accounts and helping with samples and other accounts as needed Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g. inventory levels, pricing, product information, representation information, etc.) Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders & special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One Responds to all communications and inquiries within 2-4 hours Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings Performs other duties as assigned Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions Education, Experience & Computer Skills: College degree preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service in inside sales, B2B, customer services in an office environment, or hospitality Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook and Excel Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred Skills Needed for Success: Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines Stress and time management skills Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing Project management skills and strong attention to detail Tech- savviness Desired Characteristics and Qualifications:
