Sales & Customer Service Associate

Overview

OVERVIEW:

• Hourly will start at $15 hour plus commission and extra bonuses which will turn each hour to $17-$20 hour

• Free Massage or Facial every month

• Full Time Employment Available (35-40 hours GUARANTEED)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible schedule INCLUDING mornings, nights, and weekends (rotatable)

• Customer Service/Sales experience PREFFERRED but not required

• Computer Savvy

• Ability to prioritize & organize work

• Bi-lingual

• Ability to use positive language

• Clear communication skills

• Effective listening

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Setting appointments and interviewing prospective guests to obtain information about their wellness needs

• Recommend wellness program packages to fit the needs of individual clients and generate sales

• Service existing clients and members to make sure their wellness needs are met

• Deliver excellence through guest and member experiences

• Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.

• Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.

• Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.
