General Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that sales associates and cashiers provide exceptional customer service, while achieving sales goals. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Requirement • 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience • Strong background in customer service and problem-solving skills • Hardware background helpful but will train the right candidates • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow through skills
