The below is a position with ASPEQ Heating Group. ASPEQ Heating Group is a marketplace leader in innovative electric heating solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. With a portfolio that includes baseboard, wall, unit and infrared heaters as well as ceiling fans and air circulators, we create simplified heating solutions for our complex work.
How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)
SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our sales and customer service team and assist in managing sales activities and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)
While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability on specific product categories such as industrial and commercial parts.
Quote industrial parts
Pull drawings and IOMs (Installation and Operation Manual)
Follow-up on orders on hold for approval drawings
Prepare and enter sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in proprietary software for commercial and industrial divisions.
Generate open order lists and customer account on-time delivery reports
Coordinate customer change requests
Submit, track, and follow through to ensure completion
Monitor, respond, and delegate emails from the general Customer Service inbox.
What we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)
We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:
Required Experience
1 year experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
