Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator / Sales Manager to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will be both an individual sales producer and also serve as the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules, managing product ordering, and coordinating product delivery and installation.
The goal is to facilitate the teams activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Oversees the daily activities of the sales, installation and warehouse staff including delivery schedules, placing orders, and delegating daily tasks
Acts as a resource in resolving customer questions and issues
Build relationships with customers and contractors using a sales driven approach
Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
5+ years B2C sales experience with at least 1 year managing a team
Leadership skills with the ability to allocate your staff resources and motivate the team to achieve sales
The ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills
A work style that is professional, flexible, reliable, self-directed and trustworthy, with the ability to multi-task
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
A team player with high level of dedication
This is a retail store-based opportunity supporting the construction industry. Excellent retail hours (8-5 M-F) with rotating day Saturdays and some special events required.

Compensation is a base salary plus uncapped commissions structure. Starting salary will be determined based upon prior sales experience, sales management experience, and relevant industry knowledge.
