  • Monthly POS

  • Lead monthly meetings, record and distribute monthly meeting minutes, enter all jobs into the Workfront project management system, logistics on deliveries that include on scheduling deliveries, accepting, tracking and logging complete in project management system.

  • Monthly Allocation

  • Create excel spreadsheet with set quantities each sales rep receives, work cohesively with the warehouse material handler to review spreadsheet, confirm all deliveries have been received and allocate the monthly POS to the shelves.
  • Coupon management
  • Inventory control, allocation and distribution
  • Supply Chain support
  • Source, order and manage inventory of promotional items. Fill promotional item order requests.
  • Specialty item tracking - manage the inventory and allocation of.

  • Run weekly delivery report, review, follow up with marketing on questions, review with warehouse and manager.


  • Winner Awareness
  • Run reports weekly, enter print jobs into Workfront, distribute to sales reps. Place banner orders into Workfront and distribute to sales reps.
  • Manage POS orders
  • Print POS orders and give a copy to warehouse manager and post to order log. Email communication with sales reps on progress of orders.
  • Deliveries - take packing slip enter into Workfront and mark job complete. Send update through Workfront to all required people that job is complete. Add new item to Inventory Report.

  • Back up warehouse manager - answer door, assist sales reps, fill orders.

  • Attend all required meetings via Teams and or in person.

  • Promotional items - source items, budgeting, selection approvals, order processing, tracking, inventory management, allocation and project management.


Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of two years sales/marketing experience.

Other Requirements

  • Customer Service phone center skills

  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a very precise and detail-oriented mindset in all areas of sales/marketing execution

  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills

  • Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
