Lead monthly meetings, record and distribute monthly meeting minutes, enter all jobs into the Workfront project management system, logistics on deliveries that include on scheduling deliveries, accepting, tracking and logging complete in project management system.
Specialty item tracking - manage the inventory and allocation of.
Run weekly delivery report, review, follow up with marketing on questions, review with warehouse and manager.
Deliveries - take packing slip enter into Workfront and mark job complete. Send update through Workfront to all required people that job is complete. Add new item to Inventory Report.
Back up warehouse manager - answer door, assist sales reps, fill orders.
Attend all required meetings via Teams and or in person.
Promotional items - source items, budgeting, selection approvals, order processing, tracking, inventory management, allocation and project management.
Years of Experience:
Customer Service phone center skills
Strong work ethic, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a very precise and detail-oriented mindset in all areas of sales/marketing execution
Excellent oral and written presentation skills
Ability to form strong working relationships across interdependent functions
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
