SALES COORDINATOR JOB AVAILABLE IN FRANKLIN, MA Volt is immediately hiring a Sales Coordinator, Franklin, MA As a Sales Coordinator you will be: Able to handle customer calls and scheduling deliveries of appliances.

Coordinates appliance phone support for inquiries from sales. Receiving incoming and outgoing calls to customers to schedule their appliance delivery/install. Preparing timely and accurate information for incoming requests and status inquiries.

Attention to detail when scheduling and coordinating delivery. Maintaining accurate calendars and systems software data. Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Helping to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders. Collaborating with other departments and locations to ensure timely shipment of orders. Expedite as required.

This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Prior customer service experience Ability to learn companies’ computer software.

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Pleasant phone etiquette Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
