Job Description Guideline is seeking a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the sales stack.
This is the perfect opportunity for a recent college graduate to grow alongside a fast-paced startup.
Responsibilities Support our growing team to help develop and acquire new business Communicate with and learn about Guidelines prospective clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other online platforms Help team members follow up with their daily tasks Manage, track, and report activities and results Diligently update CRM to stay organized and focused on priority prospects Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of work experience; SaaS experience a plus Experience with CRM software (Base, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.) Results-driven with exemplary phone, listening, and writing skills Organized with strong attention to detail Adaptable with the ability to pick up new technologies, assess situations quickly, and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication Flexible - were moving fast, so the ability to constantly adapt to new conditions is a must Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent field-related experience

The Marketing Coordinator - Acquisition (contractor) position plays an important role supporting the Direct Mail Acquisition Marketing team. The position supports marketing initiatives that are used to market several prepaid debit card brands, and provide on-going support for marketing campaigns, month-end billable reporting and reconciliation, list processing and collateral reprints and tracking. This role will report to the Director of Acquisition Marketing. Key areas of responsibly include: Reporting & Month-end Billable * Assist in preparation and communication of monthly billing counts and ongoing reports for select Partners. * Assist Marketing Managers with partner cost tracking, vendor reporting and month-end billing. Ensure vendor invoices are accurate when received, recorded and processed by Accounts Payable on a timely basis. List Processing and Campaign Set-up * Work with Marketing Managers to ensure lists are received on time. * Format, load and process lists and track lists to ensure lists are released in a timely manner and report results. * Assign tracking codes and fulfillment rules in marketing campaign system. Conduct quality control to ensure accurate system setup prior to campaign start. * Assist Marketing Managers with bank and legal compliance reviews. Collateral Reprints and Tracking * Assist with collateral reprints and manage reprints and approval through project tracking software. * Track and record asset tickets and update asset tracker. * Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure assets are linked appropriately to inventory. Knowledge, Skills and Experience * Undergraduate / Associates degree and relevant experience (Marketing/Communications/Business preferred) * 2-4 years work experience within marketing, operations, or data intensive environment - lead generation experience a plus * Strong knowledge of MS Excel is critical for success. * Self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized and detailed-oriented.
