Job Summary

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying). Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.

Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

VIEW JOBS 11/28/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-26T00:00 As the Sales Coordinator this new role will report directly to the Sales Coordinator Supervisor, driving all activities necessary to process and oversee sales quote and orders for Zonar's products and solutions. This role will be supporting the Zonar sales team in processing incoming requests for sales quotes and orders for all customers within Zonar's CRM System. This role requires up to date knowledge of Zonar solutions to ensure prompt and accurate product fulfillment. This role requires an out of the box thinker who is confident taking ownership of sales process to become the subject matter expert in quote and order processing. To be successful, this role will need to work well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Serve as internal sales support for sales representatives to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals * Responsible for obtaining pertinent information from direct sales representatives pertaining to quotes and orders * Handle incoming calls from direct sales representatives and customers pertaining to the quote/order process * Responsible for updating and managing CRM data base * Facilitate active communication with multiple departments to generate accurate quotes and orders * Generate sales quotes and process orders according to established procedures * Create and maintain customer account information * Facilitate communication/collaboration between accounting/admin, sales, production and support * Perform administrative duties as needed * Provide quality service to Zonar's internal and external customers * Work on projects assigned by Sales Support Manager QUALIFICATIONS * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent phone skills, active listening, strong verbal and writing skills * Ability to set goals and meet scheduled deadlines * Proficiency in Office, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred) * Ability to learn new software applications quickly and easily * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to work independently under general instructions and within teams * Minimum Associate's Degree required * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred ABOUT US Founded in 2001, Zonar has pioneered smart fleet management technology by providing innovative technology that has changed fleet operations in the vocational, pupil and commercial trucking industries.
