Our business brokerage firm is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team! Our locally based firm supports small to mid sized business owners in the sale or acquisition of a company throughout Colorado. Although we are part of an international organization, our office is independently owned and operated. This gives us the best of both worlds large corporate network, within a family office.

As a Sales Coordinator, you have the opportunity to work alongside the top business brokers in the state as they assist entrepreneurs designing their exit or entry into the business world.

Key Areas of Responsibility

We see this position as the glue that holds our sales team together. With an office full of big picture thinkers we need someone focused on the details and processes. The primary duties of this position are a combination of data management and team support.

General job responsibilities include:

  • Office expert on our CRM system (we will teach you how to use it, it's custom but similar to Salesforce)
  • Entering, mining, and manipulating data
  • Providing support to the sales team with technology
  • Being responsible for quality control for all client documentation
  • Managing and assigning all leads
  • Onboarding and human resource administration for sales team

Requirements

Qualities of an Ideal Candidate:

  • Very high attention to detail
  • High competency in technology including internet, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Extremely web savvy
  • Ability to solve problems independently and creatively
  • Absolute discretion in handling and communicating with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and excitement for working under pressure
  • A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

Pay and Advancement Opportunity

We are looking for a stakeholder that is looking for a long-term home. This is a full-time role located at our Lakewood office, with a portion of the hours available in a work-at-home situation. Minimal travel may be required between our other office locations (Fort Collins, Boulder, DTC, and Colorado Springs). We also provide healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and 401K with match after one year tenure.
