Sales Coordinator

Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $21 - $28 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team! This position supports the Director of Outreach & Sales in achieving/maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer housing community and providing great customer service with prospective residents and family members during the decision making process as well as through the moving transition into the community. This position is based primarily in the community. This coordinator schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks

• Full time, day shift

• Weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Supports the implementation of the sales and marketing plan aimed at achieving/maintaining full occupancy

• Promotes positive customer relations

• Serves as a resource to residents/tenants and families seeking information

• Assumes special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• High school Diploma/GED

• One to three years of previous experience

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communications or related majors
