As a Sales Coordinator with CCG, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Business Development team and fellow CCGers to understand our client's analytic needs and use the latest technologies to develop innovative solutions that enable the analytic capabilities that drive their business decision-making.
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in facilitating legal agreement and sales asset completion
Experience working within a corporate environment, internship or other
Minimum of 2 years' experience with MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to coordinate small events and vendors
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Work closely with the SVP of Alliances and Sales Operations on creating and updating sales processes
Work closely with the SVP of Alliances and Sales Operations on nurturing relationships with MSFT and alliance leads
Provide end-to-end support for the sales cycle and follow booked projects through to delivery kickoff by working closely with the sales and delivery team and engaging in pursuits as needed
Provide end-to-end support of the software sales process through launch and ongoing proactive monitoring
Manage ongoing sales and alliance initiatives, leveraging Microsoft Planner
Own disciplined, efficient facilitation of various agreements during the sales process (NDA, MSA, etc.) leveraging SharePoint
Own CRM administration for business development, governing our Salesforce.com system
Support AEs in coordination with delivery and operations to administer various client and alliance systems including client labor management systems and Microsoft CRM (SalesConnect)
