ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Coordinates the blocking and assigning of all junket and bus rooms as well as the daily pre-registered key packets.
Answer all incoming calls for (6) Sales/Catering lines
Ascertain all meeting and or group details for incoming inquiry calls
Forward leads and calls to the appropriate Sales / Catering Personnel
Generate Weekly Sales Reports
Create group codes and bookings in LMS
Process Purchase Order Reservations and Documents
Conduct property site tours
Attend industry and client events such as dinners, trade shows, receptions and Fam Trips
Send thank you letters and group evaluation of property and experience to all outgoing group contacts
Performs any other duties as assigned.
Some College Preferred. Complete knowledge of the hotel computer system. Group and/or tour bus coordinating experience preferred. Minimum of one (1) year front desk experience. Typing and excellent communications skills required.
