Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts and service.
Perform collection, interpretation and recording of customer supplied data in accordance with company's guidelines and standards.
Perform data validation and storage of various project files.
Review project documents and make necessary revisions.
Sort and organize the data while maintaining electronic files of project records.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via email or phone.
Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing and shipping.
Coordinates production of printed materials per customer requirements, such as drawings, bill of materials and spare parts lists.
Communicates with customers throughout the production process to keep them informed of status of job, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints and to obtain customer approvals.
Determines materials needed for job to ensure orders go into production.
Other related duties and projects as assigned
Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
Ensure data management procedures comply with standard company policies.
Light usage of Solidworks 3D CAD software for file translation, changing file type, and running generic tools
2-3 years of related customer service experience.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
Good decision making, communication and computer skills (ERP familiarity and MS Office Suite).
Sound practical judgment of priorities. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Bi-Lingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
