BioFire Diagnostics, LLC. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Managers with customer account creation, Salesforce.com assistance, vendor registration and/or any sales related processes. The Sales Coordinator will process complex contracts including government contracts, RFQs and bids. The Sales Coordinator will process and track instrument orders. This position requires familiarization with all BFDX products, in-depth knowledge of customer accounts and a working knowledge of ERP and Salesforce.com.


Principal Job Duties and

Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Managers with any sales related processes including: complex sales, customer account creation and maintenance, reporting, Salesforce.com assistance, vendor registration, quotations, IDN/GPO contract administration, etc.

  • Manage CPQ approval queue and follow up with approvers as needed

  • Assist with various levels of sales documentation

  • Generate quotes

  • Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Bids

  • Work with various departments to resolve issues, such as shipping, materials, production, finance and legal

  • Manage state contracts

  • Responsible for pricing maintenance

  • Manage instrument orders and new customer set up process

  • Update Sales Administration procedures and work instructions

  • Assist with management of CRM and ERP

  • Generate any requested sales reports

  • Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within guidelines of BFDX's Quality System

  • Other assigned duties or miscellaneous tasks

Training and Education:

Attention to detail is essential for success in this position.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Sales experience or customer support experience is a plus

Exemplary organizational and communication skills

Phone, e-mail and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or related field. Additional schooling in sales/business administration a plus

Experience: 3+ year's sales administration experience preferred.
