The primary goal of the Sales Consultant is to provide a fun, educational experience for customers who come into Honda and Toyota of Seattle. The Sales Consultant will accomplish this by handling all walk in store guests, answering questions, presenting our products, and educating the public about what makes our selling process different than the rest.

• 60 days of training for our model of business.

• Training is paid at an hourly wage at 20.00 per hour.

• After 60 days of training period, compensation based on a tiered system - paid per unit (new & used) - paid on all finance products.

If you are new to the automotive sales field, we provide training for you to become one of the best. Candidates with experience in any of these fields can succeed as an Automotive Sales Consultant:

• Product sales / product knowledge associates for household appliances, computers, audio systems, etc.

• Product / service sales such as internet access, mobile phones, satellite.

• Persuasion' type jobs such as higher education admission counselors, enrollment advisers, coaches and teachers, etc.

• Servers and bartenders in 'upscale' restaurants and clubs.

• Sales of time shares, vacation packages, cruises, fitness center memberships, golf or country club memberships.
