This role is full- W-2 with benefits where reps typically earn between $60K - $80K and top performers up to $100k+ annually! The majority of our Sales Reps visit the local sales office once a week, and on the remaining days, they receive their scheduled appointments via email and go to those appointments from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your home zip code.

Our core products does include, Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Cabinet Refacing, Flooring, Windows, Doors and Siding, Roofing, HVAC and Garage Doors.

This position offers excellent compensation opportunities with pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments with customers. This is not door to door sales consumers have made contact with us requesting an estimate on our Home Improvement Products.

  • All of our Sales Project Consultant positions require extensive local market area travel with the use of a personal vehicle to travel to appointments.
  • Must have valid drivers license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
  • This position requires the ability to lift sample cases of selected home improvement products. The sample cases individually do not exceed 40lbs, depending on the product sample case weight can range from 5lbs to 40lbs.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Candidate must have excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills and have a passion for improving the lives of our customers.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

PCG Public Partnerships seeks consultants (also known as Support Brokers) to provide supports brokerage under contract with the New Jersey Department of Human Services. As a consultant, you will provide information and assistance to help participants exercise choice and control over their community services and supports, including helping them act as a household employer of their direct care workers. Primary responsibilities include: providing orientation and training on program rules; enrolling participants and their direct care workers; helping participants to develop a cash management plan (spending plan) for using their monthly budget; monitoring participant health and safety; and maintaining progress notes. Click Here to learn more about this position Responsibilities Duties Manage Caseload * Manage a Caseload of 110-130 Program Participants * Maintain required contact with assigned participants, including telephone calls and quarterly home visits * Respond to participant inquiries * Maintain email communication with participants, as needed * Resolve participant issues Provide participants with practical skills training in areas such as: * Locating community resources; * Recruiting, selecting, hiring, training, and supervising employees * Purchasing goods and services; * Managing a monthly budget to pay for their direct care workers Assist participants to: * Enroll in the Personal Preference Program * Complete required enrollment paperwork * Identify community resources, services and supports to meet their life goals; * Develop their spending plan and schedule their employees to stay within their monthly budget * Assist direct care workers, to complete required paperwork to be employed by the participant; * Monitor participant health and safety through monthly phone contact and quarterly home visits (as needed); * Maintain progress notes in accordance with NASW standards; * Report and respond to participant complaints and grievances; * Act as mandated reporter for allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
