Job Description:

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner

  • Prepare accurate quotes for customers; submit accurate and timely orders for customers

  • Facilitate resolution of customer service issues

  • Maintain and develop new distribution in off-premise accounts

  • Achieve monthly program incentives, sales volume and distribution goals

  • Grow business in multi-level accounts selling diverse product portfolio

  • Effectively manage and maximize customer potentials in assigned territory

  • Provide value-added services to maximize sales

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations

  • College degree required

  • Must be able to work assigned work schedule

  • Knowledgeable of wine and beer beverage industry and previous experience in Retail/Grocery environments preferred

  • Must be results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Satisfactory driving record and active driver's license

  • Must be able to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly

  • Occasional night/ weekend work required

VIEW JOBS 7/27/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-10-25T00:00 Description Caterpillar Global Mining is currently seeking a Sales Support Consultant for Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will directly support the successful completion of a portfolio of customer-facing agreements and commercial programs, provide business support to the Strategic Accounts leadership team and Strategic Account Managers, act as the CRM Salesforce in house expert. In addition, you will enjoy data analysis and serve as the data steward and providing consultation for Mining Strategic Accounts. In addition to supporting Strategic Accounts, you will support multiple groups internally, and have direct contact with Caterpillar dealers and mining customers. You will support pricing reconciliations, managing accounting accruals and facilitating customer rebate payments to meet our customer commitments. Additionally, you will support the collection and trending of sales information, coach the organization in ways to optimize the use of the CRM and leverage your expertise to identify additional ways to support the business and our customers. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * 6 Sigma or demonstrated project management experience * A college degree or equivalent work experience * 3 years experience with CRM systems (ie Salesforce) * 3 years experience with Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with Microsoft Access or similar databases Top Candidates will also have: * Knowledge of mining industry, products or customers * 3+ years of marketing / product support experience * Familiarity with pricing / merchandising tools and processes * Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external partners * Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours to support customers around the globe and travel up to 10% Caterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website at Caterpillar South Milwaukee WI
