We are looking for a Sales Compensation Specialist to join the world wide Sales and Tech Sales team at Dassault Systmes to manage the sales compensation plans for a number of Dassault Systmes brands. This position reports to the Director, Sales Business Administration locally and the Sales Compensation Plan Director globally.

What Will Your Role Be?
You will be responsible for managing and enforcing the Dassault Systmes guidance in the AMERICAS on a defined population. You will manage the distribution of the Sales Compensation Plans (SCP) and payments.
The Challenges Ahead
Become familiar and understand the sales organization and the way the Quota plan is distributed to the employees (in different brands)
Document and review exception requests and suggest resolution scenarios
Work closely with other members of the team in order to contribute to tools improvements, documentation of needs, and harmonization of practices
You will partner with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, HR, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
Your Key Success Factors
5+ years of experience Advanced Excel skills & Usage reporting tools (namely Business Objects)
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and respect for confidential matters
Ability to work with extended world wide teams (HR, Finance & Sales)
Ability to handle periodic peak workloads (Quarterly)
Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Fluent in English Spanish and / or French speaking is a plus
